What's for dinner?

We found a great deal on spaghetti squash the other day.  I then, excitedly, looked up recipes and found one that looked yummy.  Three of us inhaled the concoction.  It contained squash, tomatoes, basil, olives, and feta cheese.  Two of our kids, usually not picky eaters, wouldn't touch it.
It was actually kind of funny.  Sarah was gagging and making these faces that were so dramatic.  As we were telling her to eat it, I had these flash backs of my mom and dad forcing me to eat cooked spinach.  Not a nice memory.
So what do we do with the leftovers?  I don't want to toss it, but John and I couldn't possibly eat all of it before it spoiled.
I began to peruse the fridge....ahh here's the leftover taco meat!
Thus began the process of taking all of the feta cheese out of the leftover Italian dish, and then throwing all of the leftovers in my friend the Crock Pot.  Add chili beans, black beans, taco meat, chili powder.  Walla! Taco, chili, Italian soup!
With a dollop of sour cream and some shredded cheddar everyone inhaled it, squash and all.
Waste not, want not.
