I just have to blog. I am an emotional wreck and don't know how else to let it out. Thanks for reading/listening.
Did you tell your kids you love them today?
Did you smile at them?
Did you laugh with them?
If you read my blog regularly you may have read about our life loving, singing, humming, funny blond girl named Ellie. She is precious, as they all are.
Tonight I watched her look both ways while crossing the street. But I guess she didn't see the van coming.
I heard tires screech, a body hit, and my baby flew threw the air like a doll.
I am not sure what to feel what to say. But today during my time with the Lord I was led to pray for the Lord to watch over my children because I knew I couldn't do it by myself. I prayed for His divine intervention in their lives.
As I looked at my baby in the street, I knew she was with Him, but I am not ready to let her go yet.
Damn, I love that kid.
Well, we picked her up and she was crying. We pulled her clothes off and checked her head. The Lord knew what I could handle, and He spared my Ellianna.
Thank you Jesus.
She is bruised like crazy, she will probably have a terrible headache tomorrow. But she is here.
Praise God, she is here.
Carrie - the story of Ellie's wreck makes me sick...what a horrible experience. Praise God for sparing your sweet baby!
