Home Made Spaghetti Sauce

We had some left over roast beef from a couple of days ago and I was brain storming what to do with it.
So, I decided to make spaghetti!
1. Saute onion in a pot, add 2 cloves minced garlic, and 1 whole diced pepper (I used an orange one)
2. Sprinkle some salt and cook till veg. are tender
3. Take leftover roast and put it in a food processor, push the button
4. Dump, your ground up meat in with vegetables
5. Dump in a can of your fav. stewed tomatoes and a can of tomato sauce, stir
6. Sprinkle in your favorite Italian seasoning (I used Costco's Tuscan Seasoning) Not to much now!
7. Then some black pepper, I also added a little more Oregano, and basil separately
8. Cook for about 20 min. while you cook your favorite pasta noodles
 9. Dish it up......sprinkle with Parmesan
10. Serve with a little Salad and bread if you choose.....Walla!  Dinner made with old roast beef.
