My official training doesn't start until January, but with the holidays coming up and being in recovery from six weeks of sickness, I decided to start early.
Goal #1 is to get my cardio back up to where it was 2 months ago
Goal #2 is to start eating right again
Goal #3 not overdue, as I tend to do
