Ecc. 5:10
"He who loves silver will not be satisfied with silver...."
This morning as I read this verse I was struck with the fact that more times than not, I have been yearning for more and more stuff (silver) than I have been for the Lord and His good gifts.
My yearnings are getting in the way of seeing the true beauty of what my life is and the awesomeness of my Savior.
Instead of focusing on my wants, this week, I am going to focus more on others' needs.
