It's been a while.
The holidays are sneaking up and I have been trying to finish a couple of our home school books, so I can order the next ones to start in January.
Also, I have been slowly coming out of my nasty little gluten fog. When I happen to do this to myself, it can take up to a week or more to feel "normal" again.
Last night was my first real night of good sleep since I went on my cookie eating, pizza inhaling holiday.
Anyways, I thought I would also update that I haven't quit training, just haven't had the energy to post about it.
I did go to a 75 min. spinning class on Tues. night and am going to run my usual 4 miles tonight combined with a one hour Zumba class. This is my favorite training night, I love to dance and I love to run.
If you are curious about Zumba, the makers/inventors have a website where you can look at some video and check out their products.
It is a great alternative for those of us who love fun music, dancing, and don't want to go "out" on the town to find it.
Better yet, if there is a class close by at your local gym, check it out! There are ladies that attend our class that are of all age ranges and at different fitness levels as well. In fact my seven yr. old comes and there is a gentleman that joins in who is 86. He's a hoot.
