Sometimes we have chocolate chips after lunch as a little sweet tooth fix. The baby loves these yummy little morsels!
Today, I gave her a few, and walked out of the room for a moment.
That, when dealing with a one yr. old, is not a good idea.
On my return I noticed her hair looked funny. When I got a little closer I realized it was salivated chocolate smeared in her hair like a new spiking gel. I also noticed it was all over her face, her hands, her shirt, and down her shirt. I couldn't help but laugh, but then was brought back to all seriousness when my oldest said, "mom you should see her ear!"
I turned the baby's head apprehensively and found not one, but two chocolate chips shoved in her little ear.
Why?
Why would you put a yummy, delightful dessert in your ear?
To save for a snack later?
So, off we go to the bathtub. Gently washing away the chocolate with Que tips I smiled at the sweet little girl in the tub playing with her cups. Then I got up and peeked around the corner to check on child number two. As I stood there watching my five yr. old rearranging ornaments on the tree, I hear a sound. A grunting sound.
Quickly I turn to look in the bathroom and see my one yr. old staring at me intensely, grunting. "No, no" I yell, "Please Don't Be Pooing In The Bathtub!".......
