Training

Last night  40min. run slow and easy
Today 1hour of resistance training with 3 cardio intervals
Tuesday 1 hour of Zumba with a 15 min. run on treadmill
Wednesday rest day
Thursday group run 1 hour
Friday timed 5k
Saturday elliptical 20 min.  2nd resistance training
Sunday 50 min. run slow and easy
