Missing the sun

It's snowing.
I am kind of missing Florida today.
I guess it's time to start saving once again for a couple of years and maybe next time we can take the kids.

By the way, just to inspire you.....We took six hundred dollars cash with us for ten days.  We came home and still had almost three hundred left over.
Yeah!  I am so miserly.  We split our meals.  And, to ensure a full stomach, most days my husband went to the breakfast meetings at 6 in the morning.  For myself the food was simple.  We bought some yogurts, boiled some eggs, and had a huge box of oranges in our hotel room.  The most expensive food item that we splurged on was the huge, hot cinnamon roll and coffee's we bought at Disney World during a rain downpour.  16.00!
