Yesterday, at Starbucks, we were using some gift cards on coffee and my husband asked for half and half in his coffee. The nice lady smiled and said, "I'm sorry we're all out of cream, would you like milk?"
I then, in my blunt way said, "that's weird that you don't have cream, seems how you are located in the middle of a Safeway store."
Blank stare. No response.
