Note to Self:
When working out 9-12 times a week in preparation for a triathlon and your four pack abs turn to mush and you gain 4lbs in the final two weeks instead of losing or at least staying consistent, one may begin to think something is amiss.
Oh and don't forget those mysterious flu symptoms I keep having that never amount to a full on flu.....

Child number four has been conceived sometime during this crazy training period in the last eight weeks or so. It is all so clear now why, when I should be at peak performance that I am winded and having a hard time keeping up with everybody.
I am not sure how I feel. We were supposed to be "done." But God must have better plans.
