Menu for this week

It is difficult to come up with a menu that I am going to be able to stick to.  The main reason being ...I have no energy.  Baby is sucking me dry :)

Monday B- cereal, fruit
              Snack- yogurt
               L-Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with salad
               S-Home made chili with lots of mystery veggies from the fridge, home made corn bread

Tuesday B-Steel cut oatmeal with chopped walnuts, apples, and Greek Yogurt
              Snack-Honey Grahm crackers
              L-leftover chili and corn bread
              S-shake and bake chicken, salad, squash or steamed broccoli

Wednesday B-Scrambled eggs, toast, smoothies
                    Snack-Yogurt with home made granola
                    L-Tuna salad
                    S-Split Pea Soup

Thursday B-Gluten free pancakes, with fruit compote
               Snack- granola or crackers with applesauce cups
               L-Left over soup and fridge clean up
               S-baked chicken with potatoes and green beans

Friday-Sauted veggies with eggs, left over pancakes or granola
            L- Mc donalds
            S- we get to attend a fund raiser with a 5 course meal :)  Yeah!  Mommy doesn't have to cook!

You might have noticed that there is not a lot of red meat on the menu.  That is partly by design for health reasons and partly because we have none.  My man is going elk hunting next week and we are hoping to fill the freezer.  Wish us Luck!
