Good Seed bread toasted with jam, bananas, and milk
S: Pumpkin bars
L: Leftover home made beef and veg. stew, fruit smoothies (no dairy)
D: Stir fry chicken and vegetables with brown rice
Tuesday
B: Home made granola with Greek yogurt, and fruit
S: Pumpkin bars
L: Tuna salad, sliced cucumbers, and baby carrots
D: spaghetti squash with homemade sauce, green salad
Wednesday
B: fried eggs, gluten free pancakes
S: applesauce cups and Gram crackers with peanut butter
L: Left overs
D: take out......
That's all I am going to post for now...my inspiration meter is a little short
