Well I am late on the menu for the week.
Here is a short week menu.
Thursday
B; eggs, toast, fruit, coffee
S; sliced pear, Graham crackers, (almonds for me)
L; tomato soup, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, (left-over tuna salad for me)
S: Z-bars
D; Salmon, quinoa, green beans
Friday
B; Smoothie, gluten free pancakes
S; nuts, cheese, crackers
L; Parmesan chicken, green salad
S; toast with peanut butter, (nuts, dried fruit for me)
D; home-made spaghetti, Birthday cake
Saturday
B; Scrambled eggs or fritata, toast or left- over pancakes
S; protein smoothie
L; left-overs or tuna salad
S; Z-bars
D; Crock-pot chicken and rice with oriental sauce and fresh pine-apple
