Today was day two of watching what I ate to relieve my foot pain, and also some other issues. I felt great until lunch today when I decided to go out to a restaurant. I ate gyro meat on a bed of greens. Something must have been in the seasoning because an hour later my foot hurt so bad I was limping.
So I am going to have to eat at home for awhile to insure that I know exactly what is in my food. Tomorrow I am going to add back in some stretching and physical therapy stuff.
