Workn' out!

I just got done teaching three group fitness classes in two days and am a bit jazzed up.
I thought it would be fun to share some ideas with you and let you try some groovy moves out.
First- pick out some upbeat music that you love.
Ideas... Back in Time by Pitbull, Axle F by CrazyFrog, Conga by Gloria Estefan, and Home by Phillip Phillips.
Second- warm up! March in place, leg kicks, toe touches.... That sort of stuff.
Next- Work it! 😀  
1. Jump rope (pretend u have a rope) for one min.
2. 20 bicep curls with 5lb. Weights, 20 tricep extensions with 5lb. Weights
3. Jump jacks for 1 min.
4. Repeat number 2.  Add squats while you bicep curl
5. 30 mountain climbers( you get into a push up position and quickly jump your feet forward and back like you are climbing a steep hill)
6. Lunges 16 on each side
7. Bent over fly with 5lb. Weight... Go slow and really squeeze shoulders at top
8. Repeat 6& 7
9. Stretch!
That's a quick and fun work out any one can do in their home. Hope you try it!
