Ok.  I know....It's been awhile.  But really?  Am I that interesting, that you would keep checking back here to see if I wrote something?  (I have been getting threats from a reader on my email :0  -you know who you are Mrs. Anonymous :)
Or, maybe my blog makes you feel better in some weird way?  So fine, I am back. 

Well, here is a little story about the faster you go the behinder you get.

Not so long ago, like 2 months or so, our van broke down.
We used our savings for a home to buy van number 2.
Baby gets sick.
More savings to pay for hospital care.
Save. save. save.
Just started looking at houses again.  Yeah!
Get a call from someone who wanted to sell their Yukon to my husband for cheap. We jump on that because it would be nice to have two reliable vehicles.
We drive two hours away and pick up our new reliable rig......on way home....not so reliable new van's alternator goes out.
Hmmm...see where I am going here?
No more save, save, save....nope it's spend, spend, spend.
Aahhh.  Breathe deep.  Thank goodness we have the Yukon, which knock on wood is running great.

We are healthy.  We have food, shelter, clothes, and friends.  I am thankful.
