Last night, Sunday night:
warm up on recumbent bike 5 min.
run 32 min. on treadmill
stretch
Today:
6-7 am went to strength training, and abs class
Tonight: 6-7 p.m Zumba class
If you are wondering why I am not going outside, it is because it snowed the other day.... a lot! :)
There is a little over two feet of snow still in our yard with drifts up to 4 feet.
The sidewalks are mostly cleared off but there is a shiny sheet of ice now.
It's just not worth trying to run out there and risking a fall.
