Well, after a sweet holiday full of yummy treats and meats....I picked myself up off the couch this morning and got back to it.
It is amazing how hard it is to get back to the stamina I once had a few months ago. But, I can now work out on the elliptical for over 30 minutes without my chest hurting. I think it's just my lungs screaming at me, so I am not too worried.
This morning I pulled up an abs and glutes exercise off of Netflix and did that for twenty minutes.
Then I did the elliptical for 30 minutes, stopping every 5 minutes to do 30 ab exercises and then jumping back on.
Crazy? Yes, but I find that this helps keep my feet from falling asleep on the machine. Bad circulation I guess.
