Triathlon update

Hello fellow exercise enthusiasts or bystanders who like to hear about me torturing myself.
The triathlon is coming up quick and training has gotten pretty intense. 
We are biking twice a week now
running three times a week
weight training twice a week and
swimming twice a week.
Last week we had to do a timed 5k to see where we were at...
I succeeded in 25min. and 52 seconds.
Then, I promptly had a migraine, took some pain meds and went to bed.
Lovely.
