Once again, I am lost at what to write.

As soon as things wind down with buying our house and normalcy starting up again I think things will be much more interesting.

Oh, did I say we are  buying a house?

We are buying a house!

It is a regular 'ole split level with a huge yard for the kids and we got a pretty good deal. You know, with  the market dropping and my husband saving the lives of the sellers dogs and all.  They like him.
So when we made this outrageously low offer we thought that they would for sure say no.  And, in fact, they did.  Then this Friday we got a call about how much they liked my man and that they wanted him and his little girls to have the house.  So they  accepted our crazy offer and are going to pay all closing costs!  Yeah.  :)
