This week the kids are in a home school production of Peter Pan. With play practice and normal life, I decided it might be easier to do a menu plan for the week.
Monday:
B- Eggs and toast
L-Packed lunch, PBJ, carrot, juice
S-Chicken, quinoa, and stir fry garden vegetables
Tuesday:
B-Eggs and toast (Ezekiel raisin), piece of fruit
L-Bean and rice tacos with avocado, cilantro, and salsa/ sliced apples
S-hamburgers on grill, grilled veggies and potatoes
Wednesday:
B-Soaked oatmeal, boiled eggs
L-Tuna pesto salad
S-heat and serve chicken fettuccine
Thursday:
B-Home-made gluten free pancakes
L-packed lunch
S-crock pot black bean and chicken dish with chips cheese, avocado, sour cream
Friday:
B-homemade granola with yogurt
L-packed lunch
S-Leftovers, or grilled cheese sandwiches with tomato soup
