Menu on a budget

Menu Monday

B; fried eggs, left-over gluten free pancakes, coffee
S; energy bar, an orange
L; Turkey and cheese sandwiches (for me, crackers and no bread), orange slices, carrots
S; protein/berry smoothies
D; baked chicken, steamed broccoli, and Quinoa

Tuesday
B; Soaked oatmeal with apples and walnuts
S; celery sticks with peanut-butter
L; Taco soup
S; oranges, graham crackers
D; Steak, potatoes, green beans

Wednesday
B; Scrambled eggs, toast
S; apples and peanut-butter
L; left-overs or soup and grilled cheese, veggie platter
S; Home-made cookies or applesauce cups and almonds
D; Frozen pizza with veggies

Thursday
B; Baked oatmeal, boiled eggs
S; carrots, applesauce cups
L; Parmesan chicken and mashed potatoes, steamed brocc.
S; energy bar
D; Daddy cook or go out to eat :)

Friday
B; Fried eggs and toast or  pancakes
S; protein/berry smoothies
L; home-made soup, rolls
D; meat-loaf, potatoes, veggies

Saturday
B; scrambled eggs, bacon, toast
